You will have the chance to taste the famous japanese rice alcohol, Sake. You will taste 9 different Sake coming from all over Japan. Sake is a traditional alcoholic beverage in Japan. It's made through fermentation, like beer and wine. Sake is made from rice, a staple food in Japan. Sake is an important part of the japanese daily life and culture. Less than 2,000 sake breweries exist in Japan today. The modern trends includind the notion of local production lead to the development of new varieties of Sake, different varieties of sake rice, and type of yeats used in fermentation. Japanese appetizer will be offered to fully enjoy the experience.
